Additives for adhesives
In the coating process for adhesive, it is important to apply the coating uniformly to the base material to prevent insufficient adhesion. Achieving this requires defoamers, which suppress foaming during the coating process, wetting agents, which offer high-speed coating and deliver uniform, thin coats, and rheology modifiers. We carry a wide array of additives that meet the demand for high-speed thin film coating (defoamers, wetting agents, rheology modifiers, releasing agents, etc.).
Additives for the manufacturing of resin, rubber, emulsion, and latex
Productivity for the manufacturing of resin, rubber, emulsion, and latex can be considerably improved by controlling foam generation during the polymerization and monomer stripping processes. We feature a wide range of additives (defoamers, dispersants, rheology modifiers, wetting agents), including defoamers for monomer stripping which shorten stripping time due to their water dispersibility and excellent defoamability at high temperatures and defoamers for the dissolving process of water-soluble polymers such as polyvinyl alcohol.
Additives for the manufacturing of rubber gloves
During the manufacturing process of rubber gloves, it is important that the coagulant and latex are applied evenly onto the hand mold in order to avoid pinholes and provide uniform film forming. We feature a wide range of additives (defoamers, dispersants, rheology modifiers, lubricants and releasing agents), such as wetting agents for improving production speed by allowing for uniform application to the hand mold even during high-speed dipping.
